Abstract：
乡镇财政作为我国最基层的财政部门,是财政深入基层的排头兵,在目前的财政体制改革中面临着特殊使命.然而,目前乡镇财政职能不能适应农村经济社会发展的需要,存在多种问题,严重影响了党和政府强农惠农政策的落实.针对这种情况,我国将以提高乡镇财政干部队伍政策执行能力为主要内容,以全面提高乡镇财政干部素质为重点,通过有规划、大规模的系统培训,以强化乡镇财政工作人员的综合能力.本文主要针对提升我国乡镇财政干部教育培训质量的措施进行了研究.
