Abstract：

航空服务艺术体现的根本转折点在于航空服务的三大主题:航司、乘客以及空乘人员思想的转变.核心思想在于将内在价值转换为行动力,在每个角色中划清服务的底线以及可以上升的高度.对空乘人员这个直接转化为行动力的一方来说,对他们的考验是巨大的,所以要从根本挖掘现有的内在不足,为民航服务事业作出应有的贡献.
