随着我国老年人口快速增长,养老服务人员的需求越来越大,现阶段养老护理人员的数量和质量是制约养老服务业发展的关键因素.在中职学校开设养老护理专业有很大的就业机遇,同时也面临着各种挑战.我们需要不断加强专业建设,逐步提高学生的职业素质和专业能力,为学生愉快就业奠基
