Abstract：

通过观察现阶段的建筑工程可发现，某些因素对于工程造价而言具有一定的影响。因此，施工单位需要加强这方面的管理，对工程造价进行控制，通过发现并分析这些因素，然后采取科学并且合理的措施去控制工程造价。基于此，文章对当前的建筑工程造价影响因素以及降低工程造价策略进行详细的分析与研究，以此提供一些有效建议。
