班主任在工作过程中,总会对所在班级的学生产生一定的影响力.所谓影响力,就是一个人在他人交往中,影响和改变他人心理与行为的能力.班主任行为影响力对级集体的形成和发展直接发生作用.要使班主任在班级工作中发挥最强有力的影响力,取得最佳工作效果,有必要研究班主任行为影响力的构成及其提高的途径.
