    Abstract：

    随着经济的发展,现代社会对于会计专业人员的要求越来越高,要求企业会计同时具备执业知识、执业资格与执业能力,而会计执业资格与工作能力的获取都必须是以财务会计专业的理论知识为前提.迄今为止,社会上对中职财会专业教育的研究大多都是以理论为核心,对从业者执业资格教育地关注度较低.本文主要研究在新型的培养模式下,如何培养社会和企业所需的高素质人才.
