Abstract：
高校青年教师教学比赛是为提升广大青年教师的教学能力和业务水平而举办的一种比赛,它对于提高教师的教学能力有着非常重要的作用.本文通过对我院高职青年教师目前教学水平和现状、积极备战青年教师教学比赛中和参赛后教学能力的对比研究,来探明高校青年教师教学比赛对高职院校青年教师教学能力的影响.
