    教育质量主要是对教育活动结果的一种评价,而教学效益则是兼顾教育活动的投入与结果的两个方面的情况,是对教育活动效果的一种更为全面的评价,而在教育投入的诸多因素中,时间的投入是最基本的,所以"有效的利用有限的时间,争取在最短的时间内收获最大的效益"是我们每一位教育工作者应不断钻研的一个课题.
