    "我们都听说过‘冲动是魔鬼’,因为人在暴怒的瞬间,理性脑的盖子打开了,人在此刻处于被 ‘动物脑’控制的时刻,这个时候说出来的话就是气话,做出来的事也是极具破坏性而且对解决问题是无济于事的.所以,不论是孩子还是成人,在意识到自己有脾气来了,理性脑的盖子即将要掀开了,要有意识的察觉并采取‘积极暂停’的方法."
