    成就目标定向与心理健康密切相关,不同的成就目标会影响学生的心理健康状况.学生的目标定向越清晰、越具体、越合理,更易于使学生实现目标,从而提升学生的心理健康.反之学生的目标定向不合理,则会增加学生的心理压力,影响学生的心理健康,下文进行了具体分析.
