中职学校教师在实际教学过程中,应"转变职能",营造和谐、宽松、民主的课堂气氛,创设良好的教学情境,启发、引导学生积极思考、主动参与,使师生之间、学生之间处在一种相互激发、相互兼容、相互促进的良好氛围中,从而提高政治课教学的实效性.
