Abstract：
分层教学法能够将因材施教的教育理念有效地渗透到课程的教学设计方案中去,提高学生的综合素质和课程教学效果.教师在教学中要尊重学生的个性差异,采用分层教学法,满足不同学生的学习需求.在分层教学中,教师要做好充分的准备工作和分层目标的设计工作.
