Abstract：
随着素质教育的普及和教育观念的更新,中小学教育改革在教育观念、课程结构、教材内容、教学方法等几个方面的全面展开调查,教育部门也采取了各项改革措施促进中小学科体育教育教学课程体系的构建,但实际情况并未达到理想效果,教学实质仍然与旧体制出入不大,给当前小学体育教学带来困扰.本文针对这一系列问题进行系统分析,并提出应对方案,以供参阅.
