学校体育可以说是学校各类体育活动的总称,其基本开展形式就是体育课形式,健康教育是借助于信息传播和干预行为,协助个人和集体了解卫生保健知识,把握健康观念,自愿接受对其有利的生活方式以及健康活动模式的教育过程.文章描述了国内现阶段中学阶段学校体育以及健康教育的情况以及改进措施.
