教育大计,教师为本.加强高校教师师德建设,对提高高校教师队伍整体素质,推动高等教育事业发展起着至关重要的作用.但随着社会的发展,近年来高校教师师德失范问题屡屡被曝光,理想信念模糊,敬业精神缺乏,职业情感淡化等问题频发,引发了社会各界的高度关注.
