    教学工作是高校的核心内容之一,而教学工作的有序、有效进行则需要教学管理工作人员的分工协调.提高高校教学管理工作的效率,对提高高校教学管理水平和教学质量都有着极为重要的现实意义.随着高校扩招的进行,教学模式和学制种类都发生了较为深刻的变化,如何提高效率,加强管理就成为了一项重要议题,本文将对此进行探讨分析.
