    Abstract：

    体育活动是幼儿园教育活动的一个重要部分,以体育锻炼为主要活动开展形式,通常有室内和户外活动之分.其中户外体育活动是深受幼儿欢迎与喜爱的体育实践活动,具有更加自由多样的形式,能够唤起幼儿的体育参与兴趣,改善幼儿身体素质,为其身心协调发展提供平台.除此以外,户外体育活动也能够在很大程度上弥补课堂活动存在的缺陷,促进体育教学的拓展延伸.本文将着重就如何优化幼儿园户外体育活动,体现户外体育价值进行探讨.
