Abstract：
素质教育提倡"德智体美劳"全面发展,中职教育中,体育教学是重要内容,能够增强学生的身体素质,培养学生的体育素养,提高学生的运动能力.中职学生的文化课较多,难得有时间进行体育锻炼,对体育运动既没有兴趣爱好也没有予以重视.作为中职体育老师,有责任唤醒学生对体育运动的热爱,挖掘学生的运动潜力,提高学生对体育学科的重视程度,自觉养成坚持运动的习惯.
