Abstract：
职业培训的发展程度是一个国家或地区现代化程度的重要指标.作为前几年改革的一部分,一些地方党校也与职业技术学校合并,共同发展现代职业教育.主要问题是:学生素质低下,文化基础学科教学效果不佳;职业结构落后,等等.应利用部分学校的优势,提高对职业教育发展的认识和紧迫感;加强职业教师培训,重点培训双资格教师和混合教师等.
