Abstract：
随着新课程改革理念的不断成熟,传统文化在语文教学中的重要性变得越来越突出,作为传承传统文化的重要载体之一,语文教学工作肩负着传承传统文化的历史使命.为此,本文以人教版教材作为研究基础,从当前语文教学工作开展过程中传统文化渗透现状出发,论述了传统文化在语文教学工作开展的渗透策略,希望能够深入的挖掘语文教材内容的同时,实现传统文化的有机渗透,培育具有传统文化精神的社会主义现代化建设人才,实现统文化的有效传承,加深语文教学工作的深度.
