Abstract：
目前我国的教育现状都是硬性教育,很少有学生们会主动学习,这可能与学生们的思想和素质有关,但是更多的还是与教师们有关,现在的教育都是教师们给学生们灌输知识,没有同学能够自主的学习,所以这就需要教师们进行引导教学,这个新的教学理念是符合我国教育现状的,在此背景下,许多教师都在探索如何对小学数学的教学中实现引导教学.
