课堂是学生学习的主要阵地,学生则是课堂的主体.在小学数学教学中,如果用同一教学目标要求全体学生,有相当一部分学生会产生不适应,有些学生轻易达标,而有些学生难以达标,教学活动无法有效开展,数学教学质量就有受到限制性提高.所以,要承认学生之间的差异性,对学生进行充分层教学,因材施教,才是解决问题的办法.
