Abstract：
"校企合作,工学结合"是我国这几年来高职教育发展进程中最具中国特色、最突出的办学经验,但校方主动,行业企业被动,参与度低的情况一直是制约"校企合作,工学结合"的主要瓶颈.校企双方应增强彼此的交流合作,促进教育事业发展的同时,也要使企业获得人才,使双方达到共赢.
