    Abstract：

    初中化学是一门对学生的思维能力和操作能力要求较强的学科,笔者认为探究性实验课堂让死板、传统的教学方式向着多元化、新型化、个性化的方向发展,对于学生自主学习能力都有着积极的促进作用.探究性课堂需要运用教师的智慧,绽放有效之花,本文以初中化学实验课为例,认为高效的化学实验是"引悟"的探究课堂.
