    学生之间存在个体差异,无论是在学习态度,亦或是学习能力,还是其它方面,也正是因为如此,导致学生的学习成绩参差不齐,也就出现了优等生、中等生以及学困生等.学困生不仅仅学习成绩不理想,而且在学习兴趣、学习态度以及课堂参与程度等方面都存有一定的问题.针对这种情况,如何做好学困生的转化尤为重要.基于这样的现实背景,文章以"学困生的转化"作为主要研究对象,展开深入、细致的研究和分析,提出建议与对策,以供大家依据和参考.
