Abstract：
与传统的应试教育相较,素质教育在注重学习者知识学习的掌握之外,还强调对学习者的情感教育和技术培训,以三维目标引领学习者树立科学的学习习惯以及营造和谐的学习环境,培育学生的综合学习素养.在以素质教育为主旋律的教育背景下,小学数学教学也应着眼于提升小学生的数学综合素质以及数学思维的锻炼和提升,顺应新时代教学的潮流.
