Abstract：
新世纪的竞争是科技的竞争,而科技的竞争关键是人才的竞争.在现在这个社会中,竞争的意识已处不在,作为重要基础学科的小学数学,教师更应从提高学生整体素质着眼,使得每一位学生都得到全面的发展,长大以后能成为社会主义建设的一员.正因如此,教师更不能放弃对偏科生的教育.
