    Abstract：

    随着英语课程标准的不断完善,提高口语教学质量、发展学生对外交际能力成为了初中英语教师的基本教学目标之一,并且提出了优化教学手段、改善授课方案的要求,旨在进一步增强学生的英语语用能力.鉴于此,本文首先分析了当前教育形势下初中英语口语教学工作的现状,然后针对相关的问题提出了具体可行的解决对策,期望能够为学生营造一个良好的语言学习氛围,继而推动其学科综合素养的发展与提升.
