    教育督导工作是对教育的鞭策和指导,是一项长期性的工作.教育督导工作的展开和进行,需要"以人为本"的理念作为支撑.因为无论是督导工作的主体还是客体,都具有一定的人文性.本文主要对"以人为本"理念下的教育督导工作进行分析,找出问题,有针对性地解决,以促进教育督导工作的高效进行.
