Abstract：
在国民经济发展过程中,我国国土资源非常重要,想要充分发挥其作用和价值,需要加强重视基层国土资源的管理工作,从而提高土地资源利用率,然而,近年来由于我国相关部门缺乏管理理念,执法力度不强等原因导致基层国土资源管理工作中仍然存在诸多问题亟待解决.因此,本文针对基层国土资源管理中存在的问题进行分析,并针对性的提出科学、有效的解决方案,希望通过本文的阐述能够为相关人士提供参考和借鉴,从而促进我国国土资源事业持续发展.
