Abstract：
随着新课标的不断改进,教学方式也在不断的变化.过去的教学模式是为了提供知识储备人才,更倾向知识的的累积,而现阶段则是需求全面发展的高素质人才,继续使用以往的教学模式很难提高学生的学习质量.因此教师需要不断的创新,吸收新的理念使用新的方法帮助学生更好地提升自己.
