师范生是未来的教育工作者,大力提高师范生培养质量是教育工作的重中之重.良好的教师职业道德是履行教师职责的基础,熟练的教学技能是履行教师职责的能力保证.在师范专业认证的背景下将师德教育与技能训练如何有效结合,创新成为新型培养模式是本文讨论的重点.
