Abstract：
本文以参加2011年越南亚锦赛的集训国家队运动员为主要研究对象,依据体育运动训练学等理论,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家、教练访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对我国现役竞技健美操国家队员成才路径及阶段年龄特征进行分析.非转项成才路径运动员一种是从儿童期进行系统训练,达到的最高技能级别是国际运动健将,另一种是青少年期进行集训,达到的最高技能级别是运动健将.
