    Abstract：

    2016年9月,中国学生发展核心素养研究成果发布,以培养"全面发展的人"为核心,其中提到社会性是人的本质属性.社会参与,增强社会责任感,提升创新精神和实践能力,变得越来越重要.在此背景下,我们以核心素养内容为学生的培养目标,走学生自主、自治的德育之路,通过加强教育实践,创新实践模式,提升学生六大素养.我们学校开设了小导游、小主播、小保安、小护士、图书管理员等职业体验项目,鼓励学生参与学校管理,在实践活动中不断进步,不断成长.
