Abstract：
据国内有关研究表明,目前我国许多中学生都存在不同程度的心理障碍,主要表现为焦虑、抑郁、执拗、自卑、恐惧、妒忌等几个方面.通过体育教学对排除这些心理障碍,可以起到很好的作用.
