Abstract：
在我国教育事业发展期间,中职教师发挥着极为关键的作用,而中职教师自身的积极心理品质能够为中职学生的培养提供巨大帮助.特别是对于中职建筑施工教学而言,教师的心理健康现状起到十分重要的用途.因此,对中职教师积极心理品质在建筑施工教学中对学生的影响展开研究,探寻中职教师积极心理品质培养的策略已迫在眉睫.
