Abstract：
后进生的转化是一项艰巨的任务,转化 "后进生"也是摆在我们教师面前的一个重要课题,教师必须正确对待,树立正确的学生观、教师观,帮助"后进生"树立正确学习动机,克服厌学情绪,进而建立和谐的师生关系,激发"后进生"学习兴趣与学习积极性.本文主要探讨如何针对语文课堂中的"后进生"进行有效转化.
