Abstract：
体育教学是现代教学的主要组成部分之一,具有多方面的积极作用,也要求重视中小学阶段的基础工作.本文以健美操在中小学体育教学中的价值作为切入点,予以简述,再以此为基础,重点分析健美操在中小学体育教学中的实现方法,给出合理进行课程设计、重视教学方式优化等内容,服务后续体育教学活动.
