Abstract：
人工成本在我国的高速公路运营成本中所占的比重非常大,而所谓人工成本,大部分都是用于企业人力资源上的,例如员工的教育经费等,就归属于人工成本.而为了减少高速公路运营成本,就有必要降低人工成本支出.当下高速公路运营企业也开始关注这一问题,因此本文也主要从优化人力资源管理模式的视角,围绕降低高速公路运营成本展开研究.
