Abstract：
管理都是一门无法复制的艺术,针对中学生的管理更像是在刀尖上跳动的芭蕾舞者,更要小心翼翼.在新时期下,中学生从身体和心理上更加的早熟,在进行管理时,如何去适应中学生的这种身心状态成为了班级管理的挑战.本文将从新时期下中学生管理的难点入手,分析现在中学生的特征特点,并进行一番探索,为新时期下中学生的管理做出微薄的贡献.
