    Abstract：

    现代社会发展越来越快,市场上的专业技能型人才也开始缺乏,中职学校作为专业培养技能型人才的学校也迎来了重大机遇,但是目前很多中职学校的教学体系依然保持在传统层面,特别是作为建筑工程这种实践性、操作性较强的专业,传统的重理论轻实践教学已经成为中等职业学校及其学生发展的桎梏,学校应在加强理论学习的基础上对实践教学提供更多的资源以培养出更具竞争优势的职业技能型人才.
