    Abstract：

    初中阶段的学习生活决定着以后高中的学习生活,为了学生以后的生活考虑,学校要做好各方面的管理工作,根据初中学生学习的现状、身上存在的问题找到相应的管理方案.随着教育的不断改革,对学校的管理要求越来越高.然而,初中学校的管理制度仍存在一些不足,本文将针对管理制度不足的地方提出相应的解决方案并且改进这种模式,为学生的未来学习生活做好全面准备工作.
