教师是一个学校教学工作的中流砥柱,教师的工作积极性直接影响着学校的教育教学活动的进行及学校的发展.每个教师在刚刚上岗的时候,都充满热情,干劲十足,为什么随着工作年限的增长,工作积极性却慢慢减退了呢?教师是教育教学中的引导者,他的作用是无可厚非的.激发和调动广大教师的工作积极性是教育教学质量成败的关键.那么,影响教师工作积极性的因素有哪些呢?
