Abstract：
随着现代素质教育的不断发展,德育教育的重要性愈发突出.在初中阶段,不仅需要通过学科教学引导学生的德行与思想进步,还需要班主任教师在学生管理工作中发挥德育教育的功能,以完善学生的德育教育.本文即以此为研究对象,探求初中班主任在德育工作中如何有效实施激励策略,让学生的思想与意识得到飞跃性的发展.
