    Abstract：

    在教育事业不断改革的过程中,最为关注的就是人才培养,学校应该注重培养学生的综合素质能力,促进核心素养的成长,这样才能符合社会上对人才的要求.信息化时代背景下,为了更好地在教学中做好人才培养工作,小学语文教师应该注重信息化教学模式的运用,改变落后的教学局面,变为信息化课件播放,采取信息化情境创设,引导信息化合作探究,还要注重信息化教学考核,这样将会充分体现信息化教学优势,促进学生综合素质全面发展,促进人才培养目标的实现.
