    Abstract：

    当前我国高中青少年往往由于较大的学习压力,而导致身体锻炼的时间少之又少,这就造成多数青少年身体素质低的情况.基于这样的背景,高中体育教学受到了越来越多教师的重视和关注,体育是锻炼学生身体素质的重要路径,如何有效的提高体育教学效率,锻炼学生的身体素质是当前高中体育教学的重要任务.近年来体育游戏这种新的教学理念方法,得到了广泛的应用和推广,将其应用到高中体育教学中,不仅可以有效的提高学生的体育兴趣,同时也能让学生的身体素质得到有效的锻炼,本篇文章主要分析体育游戏在高中体育教学中的应用[1].
