    Abstract：

    近几年来素质教育的推动,新的音乐课程标准明确的要求要设计丰富多样的实践活动,让学生能够更多的参与.在初中音乐教学中学校的音乐社团是实现学生音乐实践活动的有效策略.组建音乐社团能够更好地培养学生的音乐学习兴趣,让学生眼界开阔,更好地培养学生的音乐天赋.并且让学生的课余生活更加丰富多样,让学生的各学科能够得到均衡发展,以更好地培养学生的综合素质.
