    成才先成人,德育教育尤为重要."润物细无声"的隐性教育作为传统教育模式的一种补充,在中学道德教育的过程中发挥着不可代替的作用.本文分析了隐性教育作用,并以此为依据提出了隐性教育的几种实施策略,以期产生良好的德育效果.
