    Abstract：

    初中英语是一门重要的科目,在这门课程的教学过程中培养学生的自主学习能力也至关重要,因为这对于他们日后的成长有着较大的影响.但是现阶段他们的自主学习程度较低,其主要影响因素是动机不足、认知不足、存在依赖习惯等.针对以上问题,我们提出了增强相应动机、改变依赖习惯等策略.
