Abstract：
随着社会经济环境的不断变化,教育逐渐受到人们的关注和重视,特别是初中语文教学更是成为人们热议的内容.针对初中语文教学来说听说训练非常关键,然而绝大多数的语文教学并没有意识到训练板块的作用,只是采取理论讲解的方式进行教学,没有充分考虑学生的需求,与学生之间的互动和交流比较少.对此,初中语文教师需要对听说训练的思路方向进行针对性的调整,结合学生的需要全面总结和分析问题,加强听说训练的力度.
